Downloading & Installing Within Native Access

You will have received a purchase email that contains your unique product serial number. If you are unable to locate this email, you can always find your product serials on the My Account > Orders section of the website.

The latest version of Native Access is required for download and installation of any of our Kontakt products.

In Native Access use the left hand menu to Add a new serial from the bottom left, then copy and paste your product serial. and press Add Serial:

A success message will display for registration. Your product is now available for installation.

If your library doesn't appear immediately after registering, click the refresh button (circular arrow icon) in the top right of Native Access or close and reopen Native Access. You can filter for Westwood products by clicking BRAND and choosing Westwood.

Click Install and your product will begin downloading. You can track its progress by expanding the queue at the bottom of the Native Access window. 

Once completed, just open up your compatible version of Kontakt as a standalone or within your DAW.
