You may have an occasion where you need to redownload one or more of your libraries. This process is easy through Pulse.
- Open your Pulse app and ensure you are logged into your account. Navigate to the Library section in the lefthand menu, and click on the library artwork to bring up its page.
- Click on the cog to bring up the drop down menu, and select Reset. From here, you can reset the Entire Library or the Latest Update. Click Entire Library if you wish to install the whole library again, and click Latest Update, if you just wish to install the latest update to the library.
- The install button should now be available. To start the download process, click Install and select the relevant location you wish to install the library.
Note! If the install location for your library has changed, you will need to use the Repair/Relocate function within Native Access to point to your new install location.
