Open your instance of Kontakt. The easiest, most evident way is to look in the top left on the window. If you are using Kontakt PLAYER, this will be displayed. If you have the full, paid version of Kontakt, this will simply say "Kontakt" in the top left.
If you need further clarification, click on the KONTAKT Logo which will bring up a dialogue box that includes the full version information.
