There may be various reasons why a library that has been accepted by Native Access isn't showing up in Kontakt.
If your library didn't come with a serial, you will need to follow our guide on opening your Kontakt FULL library here.
Locating your library in Native Access
Open Native Access and select the "Available" tab from the top menu:
If your serial number has been accepted by Native Access you will see your library here. Click the Three Dots (...) on the right and choose "Locate" (If viewing in Grid Mode this will appear just beneath your library artwork).
In the pop-up window click "Choose a location" and browse for the library folder that you downloaded via Pulse. Be sure you are selection the main folder for the library and not any sub folders within it. Select this for Native Access to add the library.
Launch a fresh instance of Kontakt and you should see the library in the "Libraries" tab.
Find a Hidden Library in Kontakt
If your library is located properly within Native Access, but it still isn't displaying within Kontakt, it's possible that the library is hidden.
Using the top menu within Kontakt, click on the Cog icon to open your settings. From the settings menu, go to Libraries.
All your installed libraries will be listed here. To the left of the library title, ensure that the square icon is marked in white and not an empty square.
This should display your library within Kontakt. For further instructions on getting set up within Kontakt see our article here.
